When sucking up, suck up to everybody
19 March 2008A random note on why it pays to be nice to everybody, no matter their position….
The family doc currently precepting me told me about a predecessor of mine, a student who had been horribly unmotivated. The doc filled out the evaluation form, giving the student mediocre ratings, and handed it to one of the nurses to fax. The nurse (with the full knowledge and permission of the doc) lowered most of the student’s ratings before faxing it.
LOL That’s awesome. Good for them.
