		<description>I wish it was as easy as simply giving bad news to the family.  In many cases the family adamantly demands resuscitation efforts no matter how grim an outlook you paint for them.  I&#039;m all for not working futile arrests, but often it is not easy to convince family that the patient has passed.</description>
