For whatever reason, I chose to take the campus food service survey emailed to me today.  There was an entire page asking what I thought it was important for the campus food service to emphasize with about a dozen options including low waste packaging, low energy usage, fair trade practices…but not food quality.  I know that they should assume that’s the most important thing, but really, I would have liked to have seen it up there–probably right next to cleanliness.
