Because prehospital interventions frequently have a fairly limited base of evidence, it had never occurred to me that there already needed to be a central place to review the data, but the Canadians are thinking that far ahead.  They already have a protocol-based summary of existing prehospital research.  I was hoping it would be a Cochrane Library-style detailed summary of the data (which are in some cases available on the Canadian website), rather than a listing of protocols with references.  However, this does make for a great place to find articles which deal with a particular subject, rather than having to wade through 500 search results.
